We need a reliable, enthusiastic person to manage our developments and help residents maintain their well-being and independence. Winning the confidence and trust of residents, building relationships with their relatives and carers and liaising with social services and other agencies is crucial to the role. A varied remit includes monitoring contractors’ performance, ensuring buildings are clean and secure, reporting faults, maintaining records and accounting for expenditure. This role will suit someone who has previous experience of working with people. Calm, sensitive and approachable, you’ll be capable of communicating with people from all backgrounds, handling petty cash and keeping accurate records. Your helpful, sympathetic personality will be matched by your strong organisational skills and ability to work under your own initiative. This role is split between two sites - St Christophers in Lingfield for 8 hours per week and Kennard Court in Forest Row for 6 hours per week. An enhanced DBS is required for this role. Grange employees enjoy 25 days annual leave (pro rata if part time) which increases with service and a defined contribution pension scheme.
