Revenues Senior Enforcement Officer

Responsible for a team of Enforcement Officers, you will have relevant recent Revenues
experience, including data input and dealing with the public. Your duties will include
ensuring that all Council Tax recovery and enforcement procedures are correctly
implemented; and enforcement actions taken, and documents issued, appropriately.
A sound knowledge of Council Tax legislation is therefore essential, and possession of
the NEBS or IRRV Technical qualification would be an advantage. You should be confident
in dealing calmly with difficult customers, and have the ability to manage and motivate staff.
Recent supervisory experience would be useful as would experience of using a Document
Management System.

We will give full training and offer 34 days leave per year (including statutory holidays),
flexible working hours and an optional pension scheme.
