Location:Based in Weston-super-Mare 

This is an opportunity to join the Swift/ICS Team and provide expert technical support to maintain the integrity of Swift database, with a specific focus on Safeguarding Adult’s information within the Swift/AIS database used by ASSH.

You will contribute to the ongoing development of the Swift/AIS database in relation to the Safeguarding Adult’s module within the AIS area of the system, understanding business processes, statutory reporting and system security for Safeguarding Adult’s and other key elements of the system will be an essential element of the work undertaken.

The nature of this post demands a high degree of specialist skill and rigorous attention to detail. You must be able to work under pressure and provide support of a technical nature to system users as well as providing support in relation to business processes for Safeguarding Adults. This will necessitate contact with CICT and suppliers to ensure continuity of the system.

You should be educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent. You should have considerable experience in System Administration, and a good understanding of a multiple-module database, preferably delivered in a CITRIX environment. Knowledge of Business Objects should be an advantage.
