About the position
We are looking for a dynamic individual who will lead our sales team to deliver our afforable home ownership programme and outright sale across the Hyde Group. You will be expected to lead, manage and motivate the sales team through the marketing and subsequent sale of The Hyde Group’s affordable home ownership and outright sale activities in order to meet/exceed sales targets in terms of unit numbers and financial surplus.
About you
You will be expected to oversee that all homes are sold within the agreed marketing period and that monthly and annual targets are met. You will also be expected to take action to improve performance where necessary and mitigate sales risks and make recommendations to achieve set targets. We are looking for someone who can conduct solicitor site visits and ensure relevant paperwork is in place for legal completion. We also expect you to handle the end to end customer feedback cycle ensuring receipt, review and any action required as is directed to the respective Sales Consultant or Head of Sales within an agreed time scale. Ideally you have sales management experience in the property sector. Got what it takes?
