£16,669 – £17,840 a year for 37 hours a week plus casual car mileage allowance

We are looking for two experienced people to manage our sheltered accommodation schemes for older people Lewes, set in the scenic area of East Sussex.

You will have primary responsibility for either the scheme at Seaford House, Seaford or Neills Close, Newhaven and shared responsibility for covering our other schemes when required throughout the District.

We are seeking someone who has:
• Relevant experience of working with older people in the public sector and ideally experience as a Scheme Manager or Deputy in the public sector.
• Knowledge of Supporting People requirements i.e. Assessments & Support Plans.
• Good communication skills, and the ability to deal with information on a
confidential basis.
• The ability to help and encourage residents to maintain an independent lifestyle.
• The ability to assist in organising social activities for groups of people.
• The ability to travel easily around the town and the district.
