Housing people is just the beginning of a whole spectrum of services we aim to deliver and develop. We want to make our sheltered housing schemes more than just a home for older people and are seeking to appoint to our professional and friendly team.

Based in Crawley at one of the town’s ten Sheltered Housing schemes, you will deliver quality housing support services to our sheltered housing tenants. This will involve maintaining regular contact with the tenants through morning calls, preparation of Support Plans, monitoring of care packages, providing a first response to emergency calls and developing a range of social activities. The role will also involve demonstrating and installing Lifelines and providing cover for Lifeline Services Managers between 7am -7pm.You will also be required to provide cover at the other schemes.
