Main Purpose of the Role:
Manage a scheme to ensure Residents receive the services and support they require, standards are maintained and the service is developed in line with policy and strategy of Spirita and Metropolitan Housing Partnership.

We are looking for a Scheme Manager who can demonstrate an understanding of the difficulties faced by Older People and how their needs can be met, with a particular emphasis on empowering older people to maintain their independence.
Responsible for the day to day support services you will need to have experience of providing support to vulnerable people in sheltered housing or a similar setting.
You must have integrity, be customer focused, able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and committed to providing a high standard of service user support and facilities management.
As the post-holder will be required to visit vulnerable people in their own homes, a criminal records bureau check will be carried out for these positions.

Location: Ilkeston;
Part-time (30 hrs per week), temporary – until 30.09.09.
