£15,807 - £18,746 (Pro Rata)

Working 8hrs per week

School Crossing Patrol Wardens required at the following locations:

The Deanery Sutton Coldfield, Stechford J & I, Our Lady Shard End, Holte & Lozells School, King Solomon International School Nechells, Worlds End Lane School Quinton, Princethorpe J & I Weoley , St Mary & John Erdington, Stanville Primary Sheldon, Ladypool J & I Sparkbrook, Holt & Lozells & Queensbridge School Moseley ( 1hr mornings only). Our Lady of Lourdes Billesley, Woodthorpe J & I Kings Heath, Summerfield Community School Winson Green, St Peter’s J & I Bartley Green, Ark Tindal School Balsall Heath. St Francis J & I Ladywood, Wamley Infant school Sutton Coldfield. We also have further locations in Hodge Hill, Erdington, Northfield, Yardley, Ladywood, Selly Oak & Hall Green areas.

For Mobile Wardens

  • A car allowance will be provided.
  • A suitably insured and taxed vehicle is required.
  • Mobile Wardens will also require a home or mobile phone number.

You will assist at places where children/adults cross roads on their way to and from school (or on their way from one part of a school to another) during the prescribed hours, ensuring their safe passage, and will also be responsible for reporting any problems encountered to supervisors.

You must have excellent verbal communication skills to enable you to communicate effectively with a range of people in differing situations.

Successful applicants will be provided with a uniform and training.
