Your duties will include providing a beach and foreshore patrol service at Cleethorpes. You will assist in giving general information and safety advice to members of the public. You will be called upon to deal with emergency situations, provide First Aid to members of the public and co ordinate a Lost Children’s service. You will need to become familiar with tides and locations of local sandbanks and must be willing to gain basic navigational skills and meteorological knowledge.
A First Aid Qualification is essential and a National Beach or Pool Lifeguard qualification would be an advantage.
You should have knowledge of Health & Safety issues in relation to the management of the Resort and have the ability to adapt to different situations quickly and efficiently.

A full driving licence is essential and there is a requirement to work evenings, weekends and all Bank Holidays. This a temporary position from 2 April 2012 – 30 September 2012.
