The Senior Surveyor (Cyclical Activity) is responsible for delivery of Cyclical External Redecoration & Repairs Programmes & specialist projects across the London Region.
The successful individual will deliver projects on time & on cost and will ensure all targets achieved. You will ensure the achievement of Decent Homes Compliance and all customer complaints & feedback dealt with in line with standards and targets maintaining high levels of Customer satisfaction. Publish regular reports & updates to Resident Groups, External Stakeholders, benchmarking clubs, staff, contractors & other interested parties on performance against published KPI’s. You will Contribute to team and corporate initiatives and ensure the delivery of value for money processes & projects. Ensure the maximum recovery of insurance related matters with a high level resolution & management of disrepair matters. You will provide reports as requested by the HPM and will comply with internal standards, policies, procedures and statutory requirements
It is essential the successful candidate has a recognised building qualification or Considerable & proven related experience in a position of management and will have sound knowledge of legislation on Health & Safety, Construction Design & Management Regulations, Gas Regulations etc. You must also have intermediate level PC skills: knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint or equivalent.
All applicants must hold a current driving license and use of car.
It is desirable the individual is educated to degree level ideally with a professional qualification in a relevant field such as surveying or architecture plus substantial experience at a senior level in housing or building maintenance
