Senior Care & Support Worker

This is a full time position based in our care home in Romford. Your job will be to provide the integrated support and the independence to allow residents to get their lives back on track. We’ll look to you to provide a focused, one-to-one service to residents – many of whom have disabilities.

It is essential to have experience working with adults who have learning disabilities. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate a knowledge of Valuing People Now and Personalisation, have experience of managing a staff team and show knowledge of CQC Regulations and how to apply them them to ensure the care home is operating to a high standard.
You must also have NVQ 3 or a willingness to obtain.

This position requires the sucessful applicant to work shifts and weekends on a rota which includes sleep-ins.
