Senior Catering Manager (Dorking)

Role Description:
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to take a lead in delivering healthy and creative catering options for our outdoor learning and development centres.

Initially, the priority will be to provide high quality, cost effective catering for young people at our new residential outdoor centre just outside Dorking. This is with a longer term view to offer better catering options at our other outdoor centres.

The opportunities are exciting in terms of; providing quality, locally sourced meals and buffet food, developing an apprenticeship programme and using home grown produce.
