Senior Contracts Manager (M&E Procurement)

We need you to lead the way in delivering specific procurement projects for our asset management team. You’ll need to secure value for money and full compliance while securing high quality on all projects. An expert in contract management with an understanding of procurement principles you’ll need to have an enthusiastic and ethical approach to procurement.

The role will require you to liaise with colleagues and external consultants and engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure the successful delivery of these projects.

The requirements
• A member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply with an understanding of the relevant UK and EU legislation.
• With experience of working in a M&E environment you will have an indepth knowledge of the technical requirements for asset management M&E contracts.
• An excellent communicator, able to liaise with staff, residents, contractors, and consultants, you will have good project management skills.
• A background in the social housing sector would be desirable but not essential.

Please note that this is an 18 month secondment.
