The Public Health Team is responsible for investigating enquiries relating to nuisance from domestic situations such as noise, pollution, drainage and filthy and verminous premises. The team enforces the provisions of the Housing Act 2004 in single occupied (non HMO) housing and also provides the Council’s Pest Control and Dog Warden services.

To be considered for this post, you must possess a Degree or Diploma in Environmental Health, or equivalent, and be registered with EHORB.

If you are not registered with EHORB, you can join us at Technical Officer level which carries a salary of £21,412 – £22,845 pa.
