Senior Finance Officer (Part Time - 17.5 hours per week)
Salary range: £26,928 ~ £28,494 (Pro Rata)

You will be expected to assist the TMO and Stock Reconciliation Manager with the following functions in respect of the Tenant Management Organisations and Tenant Managed Co-op’s associated with Homes for Islington:
• Issuing Quarterly rent demands to TMC’S and chasing payments.
• Payment of monthly invoices in respect of Management and Maintenance Allowances, including recording and monitoring payments using an excel spreadsheet.
• Payment of annual void allowances.
• Maintaining stock information on the iWorld Housing Management System.
We require an officer with the necessary skills to deal with a variety of administrative functions including the processing of Right to Buy Completions, and checking the calculations of invoices for payment. To thrive in this role you will need:
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
• Experience of dealing with customers, ideally within a social housing environment.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• I.T. skills to ITQ level 2 or equivalent. Solid Excel skills are essential.
• At least 6 months proven admin experience.
• Experience of liasing with the public, utilities and external agencies via the telephone, email and face to face.
