Would you like to join a small, ambitious team growing income and the audience supporting our work? Will you be our Senior Individual Giving Officer and help us to meet stretching targets so we can support more families through breast cancer?
The role offers a great breadth of individual giving activities to recruit and retain support of our work; it includes direct marketing appeals, raffles and lottery, digital campaigns, face to face, and retail. Reporting to the Individual Giving Programme Senior Manager, the role works closely with another senior individual giving officer and individual giving assistant to deliver a busy fundraising programme. The team also contains specialists focussing on retail, in memory giving and legacy fundraising, and we work in an integrated way.
Are you a self-starter with relevant direct marketing experience in-house or from an agency? Do you have experience managing marketing B2C or donor campaigns from brief to delivery and post-campaign evaluation? Are you able to draw insight from campaign results to deliver better campaigns and income in the future, or indeed to spot new opportunities?
You’re a first class communicator with excellent campaign management skills. You’re highly collaborative, strong on networking internally and enjoy working in an ever changing developing environment. You’ll have good analytical skills and be confident with data selections and segmentation, as well as having a strong customer care ethic. Your creativity will help you to deliver campaigns that resonate with people who care about our cause, inspiring them to give and engage. You’re great at time management and have the ability to manage multiple and varied projects simultaneously.
