There couldn’t be a more exciting time to join the Housing Corporation’s Investment team. From December 2008, it will form part of the new Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) which will be the largest regeneration agency in Europe. The following investment opportunity based in central Manchester is now available.

Working closely with the Investment Manager, you’ll play a vital part in the delivery of the investment programme for the North West. This will involve liaising with housing associations, local authorities and other key agencies and partners. You will also manage the take up of existing investment programmes and a portfolio of grants, report on progress for your region and help review the effectiveness of our investment decisions.

You will have a good understanding of housing, development and social policy issues and be adept at building relationships with a diverse range of organisations and individuals. Excellent communication and IT skills are also a must for this role.
