We are looking for a an enthusiastic Legal Executive to join our legal team who is committed to the development of a positive, professional, forward looking and customer focused service.
The legal service at South Ribble Borough Council provides a key role in the Authority’s corporate governance arrangements.
You should be enthusiastic and confident with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. This post offers an exciting opportunity to both apply your expertise and develop your knowledge and skills in a number of areas including property law (particularly commercial leases) and contractual matters.
Local government experience is not essential, but you should have an understanding of the key issues currently affecting local government legal departments and be flexible to work in a busy and challenging environment.
The Council’s Legal Service has the benefit of Lexcel accreditation.
