The Service Delivery Team, part of the Adult Social Care Directorate, is responsible for a range of in-house provider services for older people and those with learning disabilities, including residential care and supported living arrangements.
This is a great opportunity to shape the future direction of our six in-house residential homes for Older People.
Taking overall operational management responsibility for these services, you will be a key part of the Service Delivery Senior Management Team, ensuring the provision of excellent standards within flexible, person centred approaches.
You will have a robust understanding of the regulatory framework for these services, together with strong financial awareness and a passion for excellence in the delivery of care.
An experienced change manager you will feel excited by the opportunities to influence and make a difference in the way services are designed and delivery.
