An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Performance Analyst. This role is essential in helping provide a comprehensive understanding of the demands on the service and the needs of the Directorate.
Your main responsibilities will be for the production, publication and dissemination of statistical information relating to education performance to schools and the Directorate as a whole. You will be responsible for ensuring that management information is delivered on time to assist with strategic decisions.
You will be responsible for the management of a team of five (3 FTE).
You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and have good work experience in a related field. You will need a thorough understanding of relevant education issues. Experience of using ICT, information collection and analysis in relation to performance management is essential.
