Senior Planning Officer (Development Control)

Starting salary £29,718 per annum

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking planning team dealing with a wide range of planning applications in a very attractive Borough.

Your role will be to:

Process planning applications with the aim of securing high quality development.

Defend Council planning decisions at appeal.

Support and mentor junior members of the team.

To be successful in this interesting and varied role, you will need to be eligible for full membership of the RTPI.
