You’ll be responsible for managing an exciting range of contracts which include cyclical, planned maintenance and refurbishment projects. You’ll also be part of the team helping to progress the Trust’s Decent Homes procurement contracts.

Ideally you’ll have practical experience of managing building maintenance, preferably with a social housing background. You should have a good understanding of JCT building contracts, but also understand and be willing to embrace the concepts of partnering. Previous experience of planned maintenance would be an advantage. You’ll also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. As you’ll be liaising with residents, excellent communication skills and a commitment to high levels of customer service are essential.

A Car owner/driver is essential.
