A RICS qualified Quantity Surveyor leading a team of experienced Surveyors you will lead on procurement of construction, utilising a range of forms of contract including traditional, management and partnering and the engagement of technical consultants for various elements of the design process.
Skilled in the use of standard and bespoke quantity surveying software, Microsoft Excel and Access, you will possess the ability to prioritise and programme resources in order to deliver to client requirements.
Along with excellent written, oral and visual communication skills you will possess interpersonal skills to market the business to public and private sector clients.
