Senior Registered Nurse - Lancashire

Joining our team of 2,700 nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals, you’ll help us to continue providing care to more than 31,000 people with terminal illness both day and night. The kind of care we provide is different too – we always put patients and families fi rst. With our help people are able to spend their last days in the comfortable and familiar surroundings of their own homes.

Supporting our Clinical Managers, your job will be to case manage patients in your area – carrying out needs assessments, prioritising care delivery, overseeing standards and ensuring everyone on the nursing team has the knowledge and skills they need. It’s a new role, designed to increase our focus on patients even further, and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to make it your own. What’s most important here is that you share our passion for quality, patient-focused services. You really will need to put families and patients fi rst in everything you do. On top of this, you’ll need community based experience and a good understanding of end of life and palliative care.
