Senior Resident Involvement Officer

You will be responsible for facilitating and co-ordinating the delivery of resident involvement activities for residents across all tenures at Notting Hill Housing. This includes General Needs Housing, Home Ownership Leaseholders, Home Options (temporary and settled housing) and Intermediate Market Rent tenants.

You will promote the benefits internally and externally of gaining and responding to resident feedback in order to help ensure services are tailored around their needs and aspirations.

As well as managing the resident involvement budget and three Resident Involvement Officers, you will lead on assessing the impact of the activities you deliver to ensure they are cost-effective and deliver meaningful outcomes for residents.

You’ll also impress us with your communication and organisational ability. Above all, you’ll have the skills, drive and compassion to deliver the best for your residents.

Please note that this role involves some weekend and evening work .
