As a Senior Social Worker you will contribute to the development and shaping of our services. As a learning organisation we are committed to continuous improvement and solid partnership working. You will need to have clear expertise and knowledge in protecting vulnerable children and promoting best outcomes for children and their families. You will need to be able to model reflective practice and will be encouraged to develop specific lead roles within your team to enhance the social work profession.
We welcome applicants who are up for the challenge of managing complex cases and opportunities to excel in the development of the social work profession.For this role you should have a recognised qualification in Social Work, be registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and have experience and/or a background in Children’s Social Care.
