Salary: £32,532 rising in annual increments to £35,055+

We are looking for an experienced officer to take be part of a team responsible for providing an in- house IT support service to the Revenues, Benefits and Customer Services division, responding to the complex demands for the provision of accurate and timely management information.

The post holder will be responsible to provide stand- alone, 1st line system support to all user requests raised and take responsibility for resolving these request to service level agreements. Also the post holder will be responsible to identify system issues that cannot be resolved at a local level and escalate to appropriate IT 3rd parties either internal or external and take ownership for ensuring issues are resolved to service level agreements.
