Senior Systems Support Officer

Playing a key role in our Systems Support Team you’ll provide a robust and reliable service to our customers. Our team provides support on 176 systems across 2 main sites and 16 smaller sites for 1600 staff.

You’ll need to have a strong customer focus along with a keen interest in improving our day to day system administration and maintenance of the IT systems.

With an in-depth knowledge of citrix applications and a range of software applications, you will be able to systematically troubleshoot complex problems, and have the ability to plan and prioritise your own work programmes and those of others.
