We want you to drive forward service improvements in our Eastern and Southern regions, as part of our Customer First strategy. To achieve this, you will lead our Service Delivery team, encouraging best practice, innovation and excellent standards. Close working with operational managers analysing and reporting feedback to customers is crucial to this role.

To make your mark, you will need to have worked as a manager in a customer-focused environment. Here, you will have concentrated on achieving continuous improvement of service delivery, drawing on excellent communication, planning and project management skills. Your expertise is backed up by a degree (or equivalent) and knowledge of value for money principles.
