Hours:From 4-8 hours per week, and individual sessions as and when required

With solid experience of leading music workshops and courses with young people in informal settings, you will have music skills in production, singing, rapping/MC-ing, percussion, event promotion or music business development ideally in urban music styles. You will either be given regular part-time work – mainly evenings or weekends or for specific fixed-term projects.
You must be able to motivate, inspire and win the respect of young people to develop their musical talent and also use music as a tool to engage disaffected young people.
