We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to manage a locality team you will be a qualified social worker with a proven track record of complex case and Court work including a high level of understanding of child development in a child protection context and solid experience of managing risk. You will have experience supervising Assistant Team Managers, Social Work Consultants and Social Workers you would offer high support and challenge to empower staff to meet the needs of children in a time frame that enhances the child’s wellbeing and development.
