London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Council is looking for child and family focused Social workers across our children’s services. We have got vacancies in the Children in Care and Leaving Care Teams for Senior Social Workers and Social Workers. These roles would be suitable for experienced social workers with 2 years post qualifying experience.

LBBD offers a £2,500 recruitment payment with your first salary payment and £2,500 retention payment pro rata thereon (to qualified social workers with more than one year post qualifying experience). This bonus is subject to conditions. Other benefits include 22-30 days of annual leave and affordable housing scheme in addition to a relocation package of £7,500.
