The 16 Plus Support Team provides comprehensive support to safeguard, promote the welfare and prepare for independence, 16 – 25 year old young people in care and care leavers.

Vacancy detail

You should have experience of direct work, case management and case planning with children and young people in care and care leavers and a knowledge of the issues faced in preparing young people for adult life and independent living Please note that this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and is subject to a Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure Check. Contract: Temporary Post to last 9 Months to Cover Maternity Leave Full-Time – 37 Hours Per Week : Working Pattern – 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am to 4.30 pm on Friday
