The Older People’s Community Social Work Team are seeking 3 imaginative Social Workers to join us in providing an Assessment & Care Management Service for people over 65.

Enfield is a Beacon Council and is fully committed to the personalisation agenda. Working in partnership with other agencies and carers, we are committed to providing co-ordinated and timely services to support individuals to remain living as independently as possible within the community.

You will be expected to hold a social work qualification, registration with the General Social Care Council, demonstrable knowledge and experience, and have the ability to work in partnership with other professionals ensuring that the needs of older people are met.
