Social Worker - CAMHS

Salary:£26,910 – £33,970 pa, pro rata (pay award pending) plus £2,000 market premium
Hours:Part-time, 22 hours per week

This role offers a qualified and experienced social worker the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team providing assessment and therapeutic services for children and young people needing mental health interventions.
As the key liaison between the social work teams and the CAMHS professionals, you must be an excellent communicator with some understanding of working across different professional disciplines.
Sound assessment skills are an essential component of the role and experience of direct work with children would be an advantage. Although you will be able to work on your own initiative and manage your caseload, regular professional supervision from a social work manager will be provided.
We would welcome applications from suitably qualified social workers (DipSW/CQSW/CSS or equivalent) who are registered with the GSCC.
