With the opportunity to develop our spatial policies, you will lead the continued evolution of the Local Development Framework, and help to deliver the regeneration of Bracknell Town Centre and major sites of significant growth. You will also play a key role in developing transport policies at a local and strategic level and help deliver a new Local Transport Plan in 2010 and deliver progress against the Council’s Climate Change Action Plan.

We have an adopted Core Strategy and an ambitious policy development programme which includes the Local Development Scheme, and working with the Chief Executive’s Office to deliver wider spatial policies including the Sustainable Communities Strategy, economic prosperity and effective community engagement.
