The Learning Department is looking for a motivated person to manage the programme of museum-based and outreach sessions for special and hospital schools, liaising closely with teachers to ensure that activities and supporting resources meet the diverse needs of pupils.
You will need experience of managing learning programmes in a heritage or arts environment, and awareness of the needs of SEN pupils and their teachers. Strong budget management, organisational and interpersonal skills are essential.
Candidates will need to be available from Early October
The closing date for applications is 5pm on 21 July 2008. Interviews will be held during the week beginning 4 August.
