You will be part of building a strong multidisciplinary team within our Children’s home, Olive House, to provide a high quality, holistic residential children’s service for vulnerable looked after young people aged 13-18. Our aim is to develop trusting relationships with young people and their families to support a return home where possible or a stable alternative placement. You will play a key role in developing effective assessments and interventions to support these goals.
The successful candidate will be social work qualified with experience of systemic practice and other evidence-based interventions.
