Salary:£18,201 - £20,285 + 5% bonus

With supervisory experience in a multi-use facility we are looking for a dynamic individual with a personable management style and excellent communication skills capable of supervising and motivating a team of staff to meet the day-to-day operational demands of a busy and diverse department. Demonstrating good organisational and administrative skills you should also possess the desire and confidence to take ownership for resolving problems and have a reputation for delivering results.

The position involves working on a shift basis requiring evening, weekend & bank holiday working for which the salary is inclusive. It also requires a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or equivalent), for which appropriate training can be provided.
