Sports Attendants (Hood Park Leisure Centre)
£7.34 – £8.49 per hour (plus the opportunity to earn a lump
Sum bonus at the top of the grade)

Post 1 – 21.25 hpw
Post 2 – 25.25 hpw
Post 3 – 22.5 hpw
Post 4 – 19.125 hpw
Post 5 – 5.75 hpw

You will hold a current NPLQ and be an effective member of a team with the capability to work on your own initiative, lead by example and motivate your colleagues.

With excellent communication skills you will have the ability to handle a variety of situations in a tactful and diplomatic manner.

Responsibilities of the post include the supervision of swimming pools, ensuring the highest possible standards of customer care, safety and cleanliness whilst creating an enjoyable environment. you will alsohave to deal with customer issues, the setting up and dismantling of sports equipment, filling vending machines, ensuring
consistently high standards of facility presentation.

As a ‘regulated activity’ an enhanced CRB (criminal records bureau) check will be required.
