Prime Objectives of the posts;
To safely drive and operate vehicles up to 7.5 tonne engaged in Street Cleansing duties whilst supervising a small team of operatives. If necessary you will be required to undertake any other manual work and seasonal work, for example; leaf clearing, snow clearing, litter picking & fly-tipping or grounds maintenance work.
You must have;
- Literacy & numeracy skills
- Full UK valid driving licence (Appropriate licence to drive up to 7.5 tonne).
- Experience and the ability to bend, push/pull, walk long distances, stand, twist, lift heavy objects.
- Experience of working with the public.
- Experience of working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience and ability to work individually without supervision.
- A pleasant disposition & Attitude.
- Experience or be willing to undertake any necessary training.
