To address these concerns we are investing £1.7 million in our newly restructured Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour Service. We aim to make Newham a safer place to live, work and stay, and we will achieve this with a dynamic neighbourhood approach to crime reduction and a strong partnership with the Metropolitan Police Service. Street Scene Enforcement Assistants £23,733 – £25,203 pa As a Street Scene Enforcement Assistant you will be on the front-line, investigating environmental crimes, educating the public by issuing advice and when necessary taking enforcement action such as issuing fixed penalty notices.
