Our family based short breaks service is called Family Link. We are seeking a social worker to take responsibility for recruiting short breaks foster carers and support them in providing short breaks respite to a range of disabled children.

About the person

You will be a GSCC (soon to be HCPC) registered social worker with experience of working with children with disabilities. You will work within our fostering team which is vibrant and successful and a stimulating work environment. You will have a sound knowledge of the statutory and regulatory framework, will be someone who enjoys the challenge and reward of finding solutions for children with complex problems and who is a confident and able communicator.
