We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our busy Streetscene Support Team. Streetscene provides a range of services covering engineering, community safety, anti-social behaviour, enforcement and environmental issues.

You will be working in a busy office environment where maintaining confidentiality is an important feature of the role. You will be expected to communicate with people in a tactful, sensitive and diplomatic manner. You will work under your own initiative, taking enquiries, updating the information systems and producing reports, letters and documentation to a high standard of accuracy within agreed deadlines. Please note that training and development will be provided and that the Council operates flexible working hours and other family friendly policies.

The posts are based at Nicholas Street, Burnley.
