Support Worker

We are looking for a highly motivated Support Worker to work as part of a dedicated team in a Mental Health supported housing scheme providing recovery oriented support to vulnerable adults.
You will need to provide high quality individualised support to service users through direct service, planning and negotiation, enabling them to realise their dreams, challenge stigma and overcome social isolation.
We are looking for someone with good communication and IT skills, an understanding of the issues affecting people with mental health issues and experience and/or knowledge of working with this client group. Knowledge of Health & Safety standards is also desirable.
This role requires working shifts which includes evenings, weekends and sleep ins.
