The Support worker nights will deliver a high quality service to young people and will be responsible for managing the safety and security of the building. This will be delivered through the provision of a waking night's service.
You will need a good understanding of issues young people face with excellent inter-personal skills and a strong desire to engage with young people to deliver positive outcomes in an exciting but challenging environment.
The successful applicant will be required to promote a good night time routine for our young people.
You will be able to work between the hours of 10.45pm and 8.15am on a rota (4 shifts on 4 shifts off).

Employment for this position will be conditional upon a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Disclosure.
Based on the hours of work the salary for this role will be £15,147 per annum.
DBS check required
28 days a year annual leave with the ability to accrue 1 day of additional holiday for every year of service up to 5 years plus bank holidays; pro rata for part-time employees
Season ticket loan
Working 35 hours per week, plus paid lunch break (40 hours in total); pro rata for part-time employees
