Support Worker

We are looking for self-reliant individuals who can see things from the perspective of the people we support. It’s about enabling people with a learning disability to improve the quality of their life. You do not need experience as we will provide you with comprehensive induction, training and support. You will enjoy supporting people in their homes and in the community and be prepared to lone work. You would be required to share, on a rota basis, working sleep-ins (with extra pay), week-ends, evening and bank holidays.
