An Older Persons Support Worker is required for 25 hours per week to provide a high standard of support to residents within the Epsom area. You will be responsible for managing residents who require support. You will carry out home visits, support planning and risk assessments, ensuring effective and sensitive communication is maintained with service users, and help residents to access support services.

Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role, have a good understanding of the needs of older people and be able to manage their own workload.

A CRB check will be required if not already obtained.

This position is based on a 2 year fixed term basis.
