Support Worker (x2)

We have 2 FTE vacancies and a vacancy for 10 hours per week (2 hours per day from 11.30 – 13.30).

The role of the Support worker is to support individuals with Multiple/Physical and Profound Learning Disabiliites within the Day Service and out in our local communities where people can access a range of resources.

The role will involve supporting people with personal care and eating and drinking. There is an element of moving and handling and therefore the successful candidate will need to be physically fit and willing to participate in this activity.

This role is an ideal opportunity for you to develop a career within Adult Social Care and develop your knowledge and experience/skills in working with people who have a Learning Disability.
