As a member of the ICS telephony section your role will be to provide day-to-day administrative support for the Orange mobile and BT landline/broadband contracts. You will be required to deliver ICS services in an equitable manner, ensuring comprehensive customer focused communication and information transfer with customers, colleagues and partners.
We are looking for someone who will carry out SAP ordering and framework amendment, dealing with the delivery of mobile handsets and the appropriate paper work. Dealing with any enquires regarding orders placed with BT for phone lines or broadband accounts and existing BT accounts.
